Where are you based?
We are based in Melbourne eastern suburbs.
Do you ship your cookies?
We sure do! We can ship straight to you OR your chosen address. We ship using AusPost and find express shipping is the most reliable method.
Currently we only ship Australia wide. World wide domination will come later :P
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, for custom orders there is a minimum of 6 cookies. Some product sold as gift boxes may contain less that 6.
How do I order?
Order simply online, we will keep updating our products if you cant find what you need, please contact us!
How much are your cookies?
Cookies start from $4.00, extra decorations, colours and designs incur additional charges.
How far ahead should I order?
We advise that you get your orders in as soon as possible so we can ensure fresh ingredients are available for your delicious cookies. All you need to do is place your desired arrival date of our goodies in the notes section or contact us directly. 10 days before your event is usually ideal. However, if your order is urgent or would like a last minute gift please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Can I order custom cookies?
Absolutely! You can create your custom cookies here. We have a lovely bunch of Australian suppliers that can create any shapes you may like if you don’t find the shape you like in my gallery. Contact us for more information.
Do you cater for corporate orders?
Yes we do, if you are after a large amount of cookies, it is best to contact us directly. We can create cookies based on you business logo or anything else you fancy! Go on, how about a special treat for all your lovely staff?
What is in the cookies?
100% goodness! Every single cookie is hand made to order with love, using fresh local ingredients and real vanilla beans. Cookies contain; flour, butter, sugar, vanilla bean, egg and maize flour.
How long do your cookies stay fresh for?
Cookies stay fresh for up to 4 weeks, however you will need to store them as below:
- Keep cookies in their heat sealed bags
- Store at room temperature away from heat, direct sunlight or any humidity
- If you have removed the cookies from their bags to display them, place in an airtight container once they are ready to be stored.
Do your cookies contain nuts?
No, however the cookies are made and baked in facilities where nuts are used.
What are the shipping estimates and costs?
We ship all parcels through AUPost. at checkout you have the option to choose Standard (within 5 or more business days) or Express (within 48 hours). We recommend using express especially during COVID as all the services through AUPost becomes delayed (understandably). All orders are shipped within 3-4 working days as each cookie is made fresh, if you are unsure on timings please contact us directly.
Can you make my cookies Gluten free?
Yes we can, these are ordered directly through email/contact us form, and as minimum of 12 cookies. Please note that although free of gluten flour is used, the cookies are made and baked in facilities where gluten is present.
What if I need to cancel my order after I have paid?
We do understand that things change (2020 was a huge example!) so order cancellations are acceptable up to one week out from your event/delivery date. Please let us know as soon as soon as your event is cancelled.
If you happen to cancel on a shorter notice (less than a week) due to unforeseen circumstances we are happy to provide you with a choice of a full store credit (you can bet you’ll be celebrating again! Yay!) or a 50% refund of your total purchase price.
