ABOUT US

Oh, hey!  Welcome!

I’m Sarah, a self-taught baker and the owner of The Rolling Pin AU.  Thanks for stopping by!  Baking yummy treats for my family and friends is something that always brings me so much happiness and delight!  My cookie journey started after baking a fabulous batch of cookies for a friend’s birthday.  There was something I found so soothing and satisfying with the art of baking and decorating…fast forward a few years and this has since become an obsession!  Whilst I was raised in a loving household of creatives, I chose to pursue a career in science.  This I believe, is the reason The Rolling Pin formula is one of the best in the biz!

We specialise in vanilla sugar cookies made using real vanilla beans (ahh, yum!!) and all fresh ingredients sourced here in Australia.  We create treats for occasions such as birthday parties, baby showers, engagements parties…look, in all honesty, what occasion shouldn’t be celebrated with cookies?!  I am so honoured to have been a part of many special events and would love to create something sweet for you too.
